Cindy Koh 
Senior Vice President, Business Excellence, Asia Pacific

Cindy Koh is the senior vice president of Business Excellence, Asia Pacific at Mastercard. In this role, she oversees Regional Pricing & Interchange, Business Analytics & Insights, Regional Strategy and Sales Excellence.

Cindy has extensive experience in payments with her career journey in Mastercard starting in 1995.  She has held a wide range of roles leading teams in both the Singapore and UK offices, covering Finance & Planning, Accounting and Business Development Finance. She also established and led the Regional Pricing & Interchange function. Prior to her current role, Cindy was the AP Regional Franchise Lead, a critical function that enables customers to participate in and grow through a trusted, dynamic and interoperable network.

Cindy graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree.  She holds a MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney.
