Pablo Fourez
Chief Digital Officer

     

Pablo Fourez is chief digital officer at Mastercard, and a member of the Company's management committee. In this role, Pablo is primarily responsible for the company's digital strategy, delivering seamless, secure and differentiated solutions for the digital consumer and merchant. He also manages the tokenization, authentication and checkout platforms powering these solutions, supporting partnerships with technology players, fintechs and digital partners, and future-proofing the payments ecosystem.

Pablo also co-leads the network product function responsible for Mastercard’s authorization and clearing systems and for advancing Mastercard’s vision of bringing immediacy to card payments.

Throughout his tenure at Mastercard, Pablo has led a wide range of global product functions including Click to Pay, Mastercard Send, digital wallet solutions, credential management and digital channels. Prior to these global roles, he held regional management positions at Mastercard's European headquarters. 

Before joining Mastercard in 2005, Pablo worked at McKinsey & Co., leading strategic consulting engagements across various industries, with a later focus on payments and banking. Prior to that, he worked for Monsanto Company in finance management roles at their global headquarters and at their Brazilian subsidiary.

Pablo has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium, and a Master of Business Administration from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
