Susan Grossman
Executive Vice President, Consumer Acquisition and Engagement Services

     

Susan is executive vice president of Mastercard’s consumer acquisition and engagement services and a member of the Company’s management committee. She leads a team dedicated to helping customers acquire and maximize their customer relationships through the use of proprietary data insights, personalization technology, marketing capabilities, rewards and offers. These efforts and the team’s global expertise deliver unparalleled results to more than 3,700 clients in 190+ countries.

Susan joined Mastercard in 2011 as senior vice president of media solutions. In this role, she had global responsibility for building products that provided insights to advertisers, media platforms and digital content providers in order to improve media effectiveness and ROI. She played a leadership role in Mastercard’s acquisition of APT, including serving as the integration executive before leading product development for Data & Services and more recently marketing services.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Susan worked at IRI, where she ran a division that built and delivered analytic SaaS platforms that leveraged proprietary data, models and technology to provide real-time, predictive business solutions for the media, retail, CPG, and healthcare industries.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Northeastern University.
